A leading software, services and solutions company has been facing significant declines in licensing revenues for one of their products due to a lower than planned adoption inside the small and mid-sized customer organizations. Originally the product was introduced to the customers through their technology departments, but the software company quickly recognized the target “miss” in their efforts. The software company hired a local consulting firm to create an informational campaign demonstrating all of the feature sets and practical uses for a multitude of user departments. VGL was brought in by the local consulting firm to develop organizational change management educational materials, including reusable templates and tools for these customers as a component of the campaign to deepen the product adoption and increase license renewals for the software company. VGL provides ongoing change management guidance/support to the consulting firm at tradeshows, client site visits, and corporate roundtable workshops.
